Join Memphis Botanic Garden’s Herb Garden Curator Sherri McCalla for this demonstration and hands-on class on using seasonal bounty from the Herb Garden. Sherri will demonstrate and participants will make an herbal vinegar, herbal salt, and sugar. Participants are asked to bring a 4oz. container with a tight-fitting lid if they wish to take home vinegar. Baggies will be provided for the salt and sugar for temporary transport. Everyone will go home with a handout that includes tips and recipes, as well as a share of the herb garden bounty.
