The world of mushrooms is weird and wonderful. This is a great chance to explore an entirely new kingdom—the Fungi! Dr. Jason Hoeksema’s research centers on plant-fungi interactions, and he teaches mycology at the University of Mississippi, a popular course with students. He also enjoys sharing what he knows about mushrooms with the public.
